Color: Intense garnet red, tending towards purple
Bouquet: Intense, fresh, fine and balanced, with dominant notes of morello cherry and stewed plum, accompanied by hints of tobacco and cinnamon in the background
Taste: Direct but soft attack, delicate and balanced. Intense aromas, significant and elegant tannic structure, with a long and pleasant persistence
Alcohol content: 14.2%
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, braised meats, aged cheeses and mushroom or truffle-based dishes. Also excellent with game and semi-hard cheeses.
Terroir: The Ronco vineyard is located on the terraced slopes of the municipalities of Balerna and Coldrerio, with southern sun exposure, favoring optimal ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with aging for 12 months in 225-liter barriques (new barriques).
Description: The Ronco VITI TI DOC is a Merlot of great personality, an expression of the Ticino territory. Careful selection of the grapes and aging in barriques give the wine aromatic complexity and elegant tannic structure.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
