Aroma: On the nose, it is fresh and inviting with aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple, accompanied by light notes of almond and a subtle minerality typical of the territory.
Taste: Dry and harmonious, this wine offers a pleasant acidity balanced by a soft structure. Delicate notes of ripe fruit emerge on the palate, with a mineral and persistent finish that enhances its freshness and versatility.

Terroir: Jermann's Pinot Grigio vineyards are located in well-exposed hilly areas, characterized by mineral-rich soils that give the wine a savory note and a particular complexity. The climatic conditions of this region of Friuli, with a good temperature range between day and night, allow the grapes to develop intense aromas and a vibrant acidity.
Vinification: After the manual harvest of the grapes, the wine undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromas. Subsequently, it ages on the lees for a few months, giving greater complexity and structure to the finished product.
