Terroir: Vineyards located on limestone hills rich in clay, with a southwest exposure, protected from northern winds, promoting optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in second-fill French oak barriques for about 12 months, with blending occurring shortly before bottling.
