Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration, soft pressing, traditional fermentation at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks. To preserve freshness and savoriness, it does not undergo malolactic fermentation

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
