Terroir: This Prosecco originates from the hills of Valdobbiadene, a territory characterized by calcareous-clay soil, which imparts minerality and freshness to the wine. The mild microclimate and temperature fluctuations allow for optimal grape ripening, preserving intense aromas and lively acidity.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo soft pressing. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks, with subsequent secondary fermentation according to the Charmat method. This process enhances the fresh, fruity aromas typical of Glera while maintaining the lightness and fragrance of the bubbles.
