Taste: On the palate, it is dry, structured, and well-balanced. The tannins are soft and integrated, with good persistence that enhances notes of ripe fruit and light undertones of tobacco. Lively acidity makes the sip fresh and harmonious, highlighting the typical characteristics of Sangiovese.

Vinification: The harvest is done manually, selecting only the best bunches. Vinification involves temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the aromas of the grape. This is followed by aging in oak barrels for several months, which lends roundness and aromatic complexity to the wine.
