Nose: Elegant and complex, with dominant notes of forest fruits such as blackberry and currant, accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper and delicate herbal nuances of thyme and rosemary. There are also hints of dark chocolate and sweet tobacco, which add depth to the aroma.
Palate: Structured on the palate, with silky tannins and good freshness that balances its richness. Ripe fruit and spices blend harmoniously, supported by a slight minerality typical of the Bolgheri terroir. The finish is persistent, with a light balsamic note that invites another sip.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Perfect with grilled meat dishes, roasts, and braised meats. It also pairs well with aged cheeses and rich dishes such as lasagna with meat sauce or pappardelle with wild boar. Excellent with game and dishes based on porcini mushrooms.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on soils of alluvial origin, with a predominantly sandy structure and the presence of clay and silt. The Mediterranean climate with significant temperature fluctuations contributes to the aromatic concentration and freshness of the wine, favoring optimal ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for about 10 months, a process that gives it aromatic complexity and structure, softening the tannins and accentuating the spicy notes.
