Taste: Dry, full-bodied, and enveloping, with soft, velvety tannins. On the palate, it offers a pleasant freshness and a fruity persistence with echoes of plum, blackberry, and a light balsamic note, well-balanced by good acidity and minerality.

Vinification: Harvesting is done by hand to ensure the integrity of the grapes. Vinification involves temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques, which imparts elegance and roundness to the wine.
