Nose: Elegant and complex, with hints of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and white flowers, accompanied by nuances of vanilla, honey, and touches of butter from the light malolactic fermentation.
Palate: Dry, fresh, and highly balanced, with a round and velvety structure. Notes of ripe yellow fruit and citrus emerge on the palate, integrated with a minerality that reflects the alpine terroir. The finish is persistent, with a delicately savory and pleasantly aromatic aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, such as baked sea bream or scallop gratin, but it also lends itself well to fresh cheeses, seafood risottos, and grilled white meats. Also ideal with vegetable-based appetizers or alpine cuisine dishes like fondue.
Terroir: This Chardonnay comes from the hills of the Aosta Valley, situated at approximately 600-700 meters above sea level, characterized by sandy and morainic soils that give the wine a unique minerality. The mountain climate, with cool summers and good sun exposure, encourages slow ripening and well-balanced natural acidity, enhancing freshness and complexity.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes are carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with a light malolactic fermentation to impart roundness to the wine. Aging continues for several months in steel to preserve the freshness and aromatics of the Chardonnay.
