Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of dark berries like blackberry and blueberry, followed by spicy nuances of black pepper, forest floor, and a slight presence of smoky and balsamic hints.
Palate: Dry and well-structured, with robust tannins and a lively freshness that balances the power of the body. On the palate, nuances of ripe fruit, hints of licorice, and a pleasant minerality typical of the mountain terroir emerge. The finish is long, enveloping, and slightly spicy, with an aromatic persistence that expresses the quality of the Fumin grape.

Terroir: Cultivated on the mountainous terrain of the Aosta Valley, at a significant altitude that favors excellent diurnal temperature variation. This factor contributes to the aromatic complexity of the Fumin and a freshness that is reflected in every sip. The sandy and gravelly soils, together with the particular exposure of the vineyards, guarantee unique minerality and a significant tannic structure.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a long maceration to best extract the aromas and structure of the grape variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in wood, which gives roundness to the tannins and greater aromatic complexity.
