Nose: Rich and complex, with notes of ripe fruit such as apricot and peach, followed by hints of honey, orange blossom, and vanilla, which blend with light touches of almond and dried fruit.
Palate: Sweet and velvety, with a balanced freshness that contrasts the sweetness of the wine, making it harmonious and never cloying. On the palate, intense flavors of candied fruit and honey are perceived, extending into a long and persistent finish.

Pairings: Ideal with dry pastries, desserts, blue and aged cheeses, such as gorgonzola, or served as a meditation wine to enhance every nuance of its complex and enveloping bouquet.
Terroir: This Torcolato is produced on the hills of Breganze, where well-drained soils and the local microclimate contribute to the perfect ripening of Vespaiola grapes. The pedoclimatic conditions allow for the natural partial drying of the clusters, which is essential for obtaining the concentration of sugars and aromas that characterizes this wine.
Vinification: After a late harvest, the grapes are hung to dry until January so that the water contained in the berries evaporates and the flavors concentrate. After pressing, the must ferments slowly, often in wooden containers, and then ages in small barrels for at least a year, developing a complex and harmonious bouquet.
