The climate, influenced by its proximity to the sea and the Julian Alps, ensures ideal temperature fluctuations for a slow and uniform ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving the freshness and aromatics of the variety. A short aging period on the lees follows, which gives the wine complexity and structure without losing the vibrancy of its fruity notes.
