Aroma: Intense, aromatic, with floral notes of white flowers and fruity hints of citrus and peach.
Flavor: Soft and enveloping, with a taste rich in the fruity and floral aromas typical of Muscat, accompanied by a pleasant sweetness and a light almond note.
Alcohol content: 42%
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal as a digestive after a meal, it pairs well with fruit-based desserts, dry pastries, and traditional Piedmontese sweets.
Terroir: The Muscat grapes come from the hills of the Langhe, characterized by calcareous soils and a temperate climate, which give the pomace a particular aromatic quality and freshness, fundamental for the production of a high-quality grappa.
Distillation: Fresh Muscat pomace is distilled using discontinuous bain-marie stills, a traditional method that allows for the preservation of the grape's delicate aromas.
Aging: The grappa rests in stainless steel tanks to keep the aromatic characteristics of the Muscat intact, without influence from wood.
