Terroir: The grapes come exclusively from prized plots in Saint-Saphorin, in the Lavaux, a wine region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The terraced vineyards, supported by dry-stone walls, benefit from a favorable microclimate thanks to the proximity of Lake Geneva and optimal sun exposure.
Vinification: Fermentation involves prolonged maceration and subsequent post-fermentation maceration to best extract aromas and structure. Part of the wine matures in new wooden barrels, with the aim of enriching complexity without overpowering the varietal characteristics.
