Bouquet: Intense and complex, with notes of wild berries, black cherry, plum, and floral accents of violet, enriched by light spicy hints of black pepper and cloves.
Taste: Full-bodied, velvety, and well-balanced. The taste expresses soft, round tannins accompanied by pleasant freshness and a mineral note. On the palate, flavors of ripe cherry and plum emerge, with nuances of sweet tobacco and cocoa, leading to a long and persistent finish.

Serving temperature: 16/18° C
Pairings: Ideal with red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and typical Mediterranean dishes such as pasta with ragu and caponata. Also excellent with mixed grills and roasted vegetables.
Terroir: Nero d'Avola grows on the calcareous and clayey soils of southwestern Sicily, characterized by a hot, dry climate with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. These conditions allow for optimal grape ripening, giving the wine great aromatic concentration and a unique minerality.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature to enhance the fruity notes and the softness of the grape variety. Aging takes place in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels to maintain the integrity of the fruit and achieve a balanced structure.
