Aroma: Elegant and aromatic, with hints of rose, sage, and vanilla
Taste: Soft and sensual, with a pleasant aromatic quality that recalls the floral and vanilla notes perceived on the nose
Alcohol content: 41% vol.
Serving temperature: Approximately 12°C, preferably in an open tulip glass
Pairings: Ideal with cream-based desserts, ice cream, and fresh fruit salads. Also excellent added by the spoonful to fruit salad to enhance its aromas
Terroir: The Moscato pomace comes from vineyards located in particularly suitable areas of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the climate and soil favor the aromatic expression of the grape variety
Vinification: The pomace, collected fresh and soft, is stored under vacuum in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to prevent secondary fermentation. Distillation takes place in discontinuous steam stills, with the heads and tails removed to ensure the maximum purity of the distillate. Subsequently, the grappa rests for six months to a year in stainless steel vessels
