Grape Variety: Glera (used for Prosecco)
Color: Amber with golden highlights, a result of aging in barriques.
Aroma: Soft and floral, with notes of almond and green apple that fade into a light hint of vanilla and chocolate.
Taste: On the palate, it is soft, warm, and long-lasting, with a medium body and an aromatic profile that reflects the olfactory notes of almond, green apple, vanilla, and chocolate.

Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of approximately 12°C in a tulip glass. Before tasting, it is advisable to let it rest for a few minutes in the glass to allow for oxygenation and the enhancement of its aromas.
Pairings: Ideal paired with cheeses, foie gras, dark chocolate, and chocolate-based baked desserts.
Terroir: The Glera grapes come from selected areas of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region renowned for Prosecco production, characterized by a temperate climate and fertile soils that impart finesse and aromatic qualities to the pomace.
