Taste: Dry, structured, and harmonious, with pleasant freshness and good persistence. Flavors of exotic fruit, citrus, and a light buttery note emerge on the palate, with an elegant and mineral finish

Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on the hills of Agra, in the municipality of Collina d'Oro, characterized by calcareous soils and a favorable microclimate that give the wine a distinct minerality and freshness
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging on fine lees for several months, which imparts complexity and structure to the wine
