Palate: Harmonious and fine, of medium complexity, with a good presence of fruit, good persistence, and rather significant structure
Serving temperature: 15°C – 18°C
Pairings: White meats, pasta dishes, semi-hard cheeses; it also pairs well with risottos and slow-cooked meats
Terroir: Hillside vineyards cultivated with simple Guyot in the Lugano and Bellinzona regions
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; maceration for about two weeks; malolactic fermentation and aging in steel; generally, 30-50% of the total volume is aged in second and third-passage barriques to refine the tannins while keeping the aromatic peculiarities of the grape variety unchanged

On the nose, it offers an intense and fruity bouquet with light spicy notes, while on the palate it is harmonious, with good structure and persistence. The partial aging in barriques helps to refine the tannins without altering the varietal notes of the grape.
