Terroir: This Trebbiano di Lugana is cultivated on clay soils of morainic origin, which give the wine a particular mineral freshness and fine aromatic notes. The mild, breezy climate of Lake Garda encourages slow and uniform grape ripening, preserving natural aromas and acidity
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas of the Trebbiano di Lugana. Subsequently, the wine matures for a few months in steel on its fine lees, gaining greater complexity and structure
