Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of white flowers such as hawthorn and linden, accompanied by aromas of vineyard peach, poached pear, and hints of citrus and honey
Taste: Fresh and harmonious, characterized by a lively acidity balanced by a delicate roundness. On the palate, flavors of white-fleshed fruit, rhubarb, and a subtle minerality emerge, lending elegance and persistence
Serving temperature: 10°C
Pairings: Ideal with refined dishes such as shrimp on creamy polenta, sole meunière, aged cheeses like Parmesan and Comté. Also excellent as an aperitif or to accompany fish and seafood dishes
Terroir: The grapes come from prestigious Champagne crus, including Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus, and Mailly, which give the wine finesse, structure, and a distinctive minerality
Vinification: After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the lees for at least 6 years, which enriches the wine with complexity and depth

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
