Nose: Aromatic and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by floral hints of withered rose and nuances of tobacco and sweet spices
Taste: On the palate, it is full and enveloping, with a fine and soft tannic structure. It is well-balanced by a good acidity that provides freshness. On the aftertaste, delicate hints of alpine herbs and a light minerality emerge, reminiscent of the Valtellina mountain soils

Food pairings: It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, stews, and traditional Valtellina aged cheeses such as Bitto. It is also ideal with pasta dishes featuring meat sauce or porcini mushrooms, and perfect for accompanying charcuterie boards.
Terroir: The Nebbiolo vines are grown on steep terraces in the Rhaetian Alps, on land characterized by sandy and gravelly soils that give the wine a unique minerality. Thanks to the sun exposure and alpine ventilation, the grapes ripen slowly, ensuring aromatic concentration and good acidity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve the integrity of the bunches. After a traditional fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for several months, adding complexity and roundness to the aromatic profile.
