Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of ripe berries, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by hints of tobacco, sweet spices, and delicate undertones of leather and dark chocolate
Taste: Structured and rich, with firm yet silky tannins and excellent persistence. Flavors of black fruits, spices, and a subtle balsamic note emerge on the palate. The balance between freshness and full-bodied character makes it elegant and enveloping, with a long and harmonious finish

Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with mushroom and truffle-based dishes, as well as pasta recipes with meat sauces.
Terroir: The Bolgheri terroir, characterized by soils rich in gravel and minerals, gives this wine remarkable complexity and depth. The Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and sea breezes, contributes to optimal grape ripening, ensuring structure and freshness.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with long maceration to best extract aromatic and structural compounds. After fermentation, the wine matures in French oak barriques for a period of about 18 months, refining the tannins and enriching the aromatic profile.
