Taste: On the palate, it is structured and well-balanced, with soft, enveloping tannins that blend with a good freshness. Intense notes of red fruit and spices are perceived, supported by a mineral vein that imparts elegance and depth. The finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste that recalls notes of cocoa and licorice.

Pairings: Excellent with red meat dishes, such as roasts and braised meats; it also pairs well with game and aged cheeses. Perfect when served with game and mushroom dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar or roasted pheasant.
Terroir: The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines are grown in the clay and limestone soils of Montepulciano, benefiting from an ideal microclimate for the slow and balanced ripening of the grapes. Sunny days and cool nights help enhance the structure and elegance of this wine, reflecting the unique character of Tuscany.
Vinification: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in French oak barriques for about 16 months. This process allows for the development of complex aromas and softens the tannins, giving the wine depth and an elegant structure.
