Nose: Intense and complex, dominated by notes of ripe red fruit, cherry in spirits, and plum, accompanied by floral nuances and sweet spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa. Hints of tobacco, leather, and a light balsamic touch complete the aroma.
Taste: On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant, and enveloping, with a well-integrated tannic structure and balanced freshness. Fruit aromas blend with tertiary accents of spice, noble wood, and a pleasant minerality, creating a long and complex persistence. The characteristics of the grapes are expressed in a harmonious taste, with an elegant and lingering finish.

Pairings: Ideal with rich and flavorful dishes, such as red meat roasts, game, braised meats, dishes featuring porcini mushrooms, truffles, aged cheeses, and fine cured meats. Also perfect with traditional Venetian cuisine, such as Amarone risotto and bigoli with duck ragù.
Terroir: The vines grow on calcareous and clayey soils, with sun exposure that favors optimal grape ripening and imparts a characteristic mineral note to the wine. The Valpolicella microclimate allows for slow maturation of the bunches, contributing to the wine's aromatic complexity and depth.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with long maceration on the skins to maximize the extraction of aromas and tannins. Aging is completed in large oak barrels for several years, giving the wine structure and complexity and promoting the integration of aromatic components.
