Origin: Ligornetto, Mendrisiotto, Canton Ticino, Switzerland.
Grape Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Color: Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: Complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper and herbaceous nuances typical of Cabernet varieties.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied, with soft and well-integrated tannins. It presents good freshness and a pleasant persistence, with a fruity and slightly spicy aftertaste.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with Mediterranean dishes, such as pasta with meat sauce and lasagna.
Terroir: The vineyard is located near the Vela Museum in Ligornetto and was planted in 1991 on moderately sandy soil, which contributes to the finesse and elegance of the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are vinified separately with fermentation in stainless steel, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness and aromatic integrity.

The predominance of Merlot provides softness and fruitiness, while the presence of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon adds aromatic complexity and structure. It is a balanced and versatile wine, suitable for various gastronomic occasions.
