Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by hints of white peach and wildflowers. Subtle nuances of vanilla and honey mingle with delicate touches of aromatic herbs.
Taste: Soft and enveloping, with a refined structure and a perfect balance between freshness and roundness. A rich layering of fruity flavors emerges on the palate, along with a light mineral note that lends a long-lasting finish. Elegance and complexity blend into a pleasant harmony that reflects the unique character of mountain grape varieties.

Pairings: Excellent with elaborate fish dishes such as shellfish and baked fish, but also pairs perfectly with white meats and rich pasta dishes. Ideal with medium-aged cheeses and dishes based on mushrooms and grilled vegetables.
Terroir: The grapes for this blend grow on calcareous and gravelly soils at high altitudes, a typical characteristic of South Tyrol. The alpine microclimate and the marked temperature range between day and night favor the development of intense aromas and a distinctive freshness, elements that give the wine a unique aromatic depth and a complex structure.
Vinification: Each variety is harvested separately and vinified in stainless steel to maintain the purity of the aromas. This is followed by a few months of aging in wood, which adds complexity to the bouquet and roundness to the palate without overpowering the wine's freshness.
