Nose: Complex and expansive, with fruity notes of apple, pineapple, and white peach, accompanied by elegant floral hints and a delicate touch of vanilla and butter derived from oak aging.
Taste: Dry and full-bodied, with a harmonious and balanced structure. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus emerge on the palate, accompanied by a vibrant freshness and delicate minerality that lend depth and persistence to the sip.

Pairings: Ideal with fine fish dishes, crustaceans, shellfish, and sushi. It also pairs perfectly with white meats and lightly spiced dishes, as well as soft, lightly aged cheeses.
Terroir: This Chardonnay originates from vineyards located at an altitude of 450-600 meters above sea level, where the soils are rich in limestone and gravel. The cool microclimate of South Tyrol, characterized by sunny days and cool nights, allows for slow grape ripening, bestowing the wine with extraordinary aromatic complexity and a unique mineral freshness.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine matures for several months in contact with the lees, which provide roundness and complexity. Aging continues in stainless steel to ensure freshness and a balance between structure and acidity.
