Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with a sweetness balanced by vibrant freshness. The taste echoes the exotic notes perceived on the nose, offering a long aromatic persistence with a delicate, spicy finish.

Terroir: The Gewürztraminer vines of Saint Michael Eppan grow on limestone and clay soils, benefiting from an alpine microclimate with significant temperature variations between day and night, which enhance the freshness and aromatic complexity of the wine.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold maceration followed by fermentation in steel tanks to preserve the aromatic intensity typical of Gewürztraminer. Aging takes place on the lees for several months, enhancing the structure and elegance of the wine.
