Nose: The bouquet is complex and aromatic, characterized by intense floral notes of rose and wisteria, accompanied by fruity scents of lychee, mango, and ripe apricot, with a light hint of exotic spices such as white pepper and ginger.
Taste: On the palate, it is full and velvety, with a balance between sweetness and freshness. It is a full-bodied wine with a long, persistent finish, in which delicate hints of tropical fruit and a light mineral note emerge, lending it elegance.

Pairings: It pairs perfectly with flavorful fish dishes such as shellfish, lobster, and scallops, as well as blue cheeses and spicy dishes from Asian cuisine. Also ideal with white meat dishes and liver pâté.
Terroir: The Gewürztraminer grapes come from selected vineyards in the municipality of Appiano, located at an altitude of 400-600 meters, with a south-east exposure. The soils are calcareous, rich in skeleton and minerals, which impart complexity and freshness to the wine. The climate of South Tyrol, characterized by hot, dry summers and cool nights, promotes optimal grape ripening, maintaining the aromatic balance.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, at controlled temperatures, to preserve the varietal aromas of the grape. Subsequently, the wine rests on the lees for several months, gaining complexity and roundness.
