Nose: Aromatic and fresh, with intense notes of white flowers, citrus, tropical fruit, and herbaceous nuances. It presents hints of white peach, pineapple, and a light mineral note that recalls the Sicilian terroir.
Palate: On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and slightly savory, with vibrant freshness and an enveloping structure. Elegant notes of exotic fruit, lime, and a hint of almond are perceived. The acidity is well-balanced with the softness of the wine, making it versatile and pleasant.

Pairings: Excellent with fish appetizers, crustaceans, seafood, and fresh cheeses. It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes such as seafood salads, citrus risottos, sushi, and spiced Asian-inspired dishes. Also suitable for accompanying vegetable-based pasta dishes and light vegetarian meals.
Terroir: Leone d'Almerita grapes grow in Sicily on medium-altitude soils, where the cool climate of the hills allows for slow ripening, preserving freshness and acidity. The limestone soils give the wine a distinctive minerality, while exposure to the Sicilian sun enhances the varietal aromas and the wine's complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested, with soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the varieties used. Maturation takes place in stainless steel to keep the wine's aromas and vibrancy intact.
