Nose: A rich and complex bouquet, combining notes of black fruits such as blackberry and plum with hints of aromatic herbs, sweet spices, black pepper, and touches of dark chocolate. On the finish, nuances of leather and toasted wood emerge, thanks to the oak aging.
Palate: Full-bodied and structured, with elegant and silky tannins. Well-balanced on the palate, with a freshness that supports the intensity of the flavors. Notes of ripe fruit, spices, and a slight minerality are perceived. Long and persistent finish, with an aftertaste of tobacco and vanilla.

Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Pairings: Excellent with grilled red meats, roasts, game, mushroom-rich dishes, and aged cheeses. It also perfectly accompanies pasta dishes with wild boar ragù and traditional Tuscan dishes.
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Bolgheri area, near the Tuscan coast, characterized by soils rich in clay, silt, and sand, which impart a particular minerality and freshness to the wine. The Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and sea breezes, allows for ideal grape ripening, ensuring aromatic concentration and soft tannins.
Vinification: Vinification takes place with a long maceration to maximize the extraction of the aromas and structural components of the grapes. This is followed by aging in French oak barriques for about 12-14 months, which adds complexity to the aromatic profile and a soft texture to the palate.
