Nose: Enveloping and complex, with intense aromas of ripe forest fruits, particularly blueberries and blackberries, accompanied by delicate spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla, with hints of tobacco and earth.
Taste: Elegant and velvety on the palate, with a balanced structure. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, giving way to notes of plum, blackcurrant, and a light touch of cocoa and sweet spices. The finish is long, with a slight mineral note that adds freshness.

Vinification: The harvest is manual, with careful selection of the grapes. After a controlled fermentation, the wine ages for several months in French oak barrels, where it develops complexity and a harmonious integration of flavors.
