Nose: Intense and refined, characterized by notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, enriched by nuances of citrus, white peach, and white flowers. The aroma is completed by a touch of vanilla and almond, derived from slight wood aging.
Taste: On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with an enveloping structure and pleasant acidity that balances the wine's softness. The fruity notes blend with mineral accents and a delicately savory, persistent finish.

Pairings: Ideal for accompanying fish-based dishes, crustaceans, and shellfish. It also pairs perfectly with light first courses, such as risottos and pasta with vegetable-based sauces, or with white meats and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with sushi and sashimi for an elegant dinner.
Terroir: The vineyard is located in the heart of Tuscany, on soils of calcareous-clay origin that impart minerality and freshness to the wine. The Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot, dry summers and cool nights, allows for optimal ripening of the Chardonnay grape, preserving its aromatic qualities and balance.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel to enhance the freshness and primary aromas of the grape variety, with a short aging period in barriques to provide complexity and structure.
