Nose: Complex and enveloping aromas, with hints of ripe red fruit such as cherry and blackberry, accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet and spicy nuances of black pepper and tobacco.
Palate: Dry, structured, and harmonious, characterized by soft, well-integrated tannins. On the palate, it reveals a pleasant freshness, with accents of wild berries and a persistent finish of spice and earth, typical of the Tuscan terroir. The well-defined minerality provides balance and depth.

Pairings: Ideal with meat dishes such as roasts, game, and grilled meats. It also pairs excellently with aged cheeses, flavorful pasta dishes with meat-based sauces, porcini mushrooms, and truffle. Perfect with typical Tuscan dishes such as Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
Terroir: The Tua Rita vineyards are located on mixed clay and gravel soils, enriched by minerals derived from the volcanic subsoil, which gives the wines a mineral note and a unique aromatic depth. The Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and sea breezes, promotes optimal ripening of the Sangiovese, ensuring balance and freshness.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually to ensure the selection of the best grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging for about 12 months in French oak barriques for a harmonious evolution of the tannins and aromatic structure.
