Taste: Rich and elegant, with a harmonious structure and a texture that balances power and finesse. On the palate, flavors of dark berries, candied cherry, and dried plum emerge, accompanied by nuances of milk chocolate, licorice, and spicy, herbal undertones.

Terroir: The Merlot grapes come from vineyards located in the Canton of Ticino, a region characterized by a mild climate and soils favorable to viticulture, which give the wine a particular finesse and uniqueness.
Vinification: The grapes are vinified traditionally, followed by aging in second-use barriques kept in the reserved spaces of Forte Airolo, at an altitude of over 1300 meters, for a long period.
