Origin: Turin, Piedmont, Italy (now produced by Fratelli Branca Distillerie, Milan)
Raw materials: Base of Italian white wines from Emilia Romagna, Puglia, and Sicily
Color: Light amber with golden reflections and honeyed nuances
Nose: Intense and enveloping, with notes of natural vanilla, bitter orange peel, dried fruit, sweet spices, cocoa, and saffron
Taste: Sweet, full-bodied, and velvety, balanced by the bitterness of wormwood and aromatic herbs. Dried fruit, candied citrus, and vanilla emerge on the palate, with a long and harmonious finish
Alcohol content: 16.5%
Serving temperature: 8/10° C
Pairings: Ideal neat as an aperitif or digestif, perfect in classic cocktails such as Negroni, Manhattan, and Martinez. Also excellent with dry pastries and almond or hazelnut-based confectionery
Terroir: While not a wine in the strict sense, it uses white wines from different Italian regions as its base. The natural acidity of the starting wines provides freshness and structure, capable of supporting the flavoring with over 50 botanicals, including Madagascar vanilla, wormwood, and saffron
Vinification: The wine base is treated within 24 hours of harvest to preserve its freshness. This is followed by an infusion of herbs and spices according to the original 1786 recipe, with the addition of caramelized sugar for color and taste balance. After a maturation period that allows for the perfect integration of aromas, it is bottled in the characteristic historical bottle

It still represents the benchmark for Italian sweet vermouths today, thanks to its rich and complex bouquet, dominated by natural vanilla, saffron, and a weave of fine herbs and spices. Refined and elegant, it is perfect to enjoy neat or as an essential base in great classic cocktails

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
