Bouquet: Elegant and complex, with notes of exotic fruit such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by hints of citrus and nuances of vanilla and toasted almond, derived from aging in wood.
Taste: Soft, balanced, and full-bodied, characterized by a pleasant acidity that balances the richness of the fruit. On the palate, notes of ripe fruit, butter, and slight mineral hints are perceived, with a long persistence and delicate sapidity.

Pairings: Perfect with elaborate fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, creamy risottos, soft cheeses, and appetizers based on smoked salmon. Also ideal with Asian cuisine dishes that combine sweet and savory flavors.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located between 230 and 330 meters above sea level, on limestone and clay soils that give the wine structure and freshness. The influence of the mountains and the Alpine-Mediterranean climate contribute to a slow and complete ripening, enhancing its elegance and minerality.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in wooden barrels, followed by 11 months of aging in barriques to develop complexity and roundness. This process enriches the aromatic profile and gives the wine a soft and enveloping texture.
