Taste: On the palate, it is structured, soft, and enveloping, with velvety tannins and good freshness that balances the sweetness of the fruit. The finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste of spices and cocoa. The wine shows excellent evolutionary capacity, with good aging potential.

Pairings: It pairs perfectly with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It is also ideal with truffle-based dishes, game, and traditional Tuscan recipes such as peposo or Florentine steak.
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Tuscan hills around Montepulciano, with soils composed primarily of clay and sand, which give the wine good structure and a distinctive minerality. The Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot summers and mild winters, favors optimal ripening of the grapes, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the Merlot.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way, with maceration on the skins for about 20 days to extract maximum aromatic substances and tannins. Subsequently, the wine matures in French oak barriques for 18 months, developing complexity and finesse.
