Terroir: Schistous hillsides of the Douro Valley, characterized by poor soils and a unique microclimate with hot summers and cool nights. These conditions allow for a slow and complete ripening of the grapes, ensuring complexity and structure to the Port wines
Vinification: Fermentation interrupted by the addition of grape spirit, followed by a long aging process in 640-liter oak barrels. The final blend is created by assembling wines between 15 and 40 years of age, selected to ensure balance, aromatic richness, and freshness
