Grape variety: Merlot pomace (selection from the four producers: Brivio, Delea, Gialdi, Tamborini)
Color: Luminous amber with golden reflections, a sign of long aging in wood
Nose: Complex and elegant, with notes of vanilla, Havana tobacco, sweet spices, dried fruit, and light woody nuances
Taste: Dry but round, structured and balanced. The alcohol is well-integrated, the tannins softened by aging. Sensations of vanilla, cocoa, dried fruit, and warm spices emerge, with a persistent and harmonious finish

Serving temperature: 16/18 °C, in a tulip or balloon glass
Pairings: Excellent for meditation. Perfect with dark chocolate, dry pastries, cocoa-based desserts, and paired with fine cigars. Ideal as the conclusion to an important meal
Terroir: Merlot pomace sourced from vineyards in Ticino, a region characterized by a mild climate and Mediterranean influences. This environment gives the Merlot aromatic intensity and complexity, which are reflected in the distillate
Vinification: Direct steam distillation with selection of the heart of the distillate. This is followed by 6–8 years of aging in French oak barriques (Allier, Limousin, Nevers), which enriches the grappa with elegance, smoothness, and aromatic intensity

Born from the collaboration between four historic wineries (Brivio, Delea, Gialdi, and Tamborini), it is obtained from selected Merlot pomace and aged for a long time in wood. Complex, refined, and harmonious, this grappa expresses power and finesse, offering an enveloping and meditative sensory experience. A distillate that celebrates the viticultural culture of Ticino with elegance and longevity.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
