Bouquet: Deep and complex, with aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, floral hints of rose and violet, followed by notes of sweet spices and earthy, mineral nuances that recall the volcanic stone of the Etnean terroir.
Taste: Elegant and harmonious, with fine, well-integrated tannins. On the palate, notes of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and a long, persistent mineral finish emerge, reflecting the typicality of the volcanic soil. Well-balanced freshness and acidity, which provide structure and make this wine particularly long-lived.

Pairings: Perfect with red meat dishes, game, aged cheeses, as well as traditional Sicilian preparations such as baked kid goat, eggplant rolls, and pasta with ragù. Also excellent with mushrooms and dishes rich in earthy flavors.
Terroir: Nerello Mascalese grows on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, rich in minerals and elements that give the wine a unique and distinctive character. High altitudes and significant temperature fluctuations between day and night promote optimal grape ripening, while developing freshness and aromatic intensity.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are vinified in steel, with prolonged maceration to extract aromas and structure. The wine is aged for a period in French oak barrels, which round out the tannins and add complexity without overpowering the varietal characteristics of the Nerello Mascalese.
