Origin: Japan – a blend from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries.
Raw materials: Malt whisky and grain whisky
Color: Light, bright amber with golden reflections
Nose: Elegant and complex, with floral notes of rose and lychee, aromatic herbs such as rosemary, and hints of mature wood and sandalwood
Taste: Soft and balanced, with honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, vanilla, and white chocolate. Velvety, harmonious, with great depth and refinement

Pairings: Perfect with sushi, sashimi, delicate fish, light white meats, and semi-aged cheeses. Excellent with white chocolate and soft desserts. Also ideal as a meditation whisky or in a Japanese highball
Terroir: Suntory distilleries are located in areas characterized by pure, clear spring water and a climate with strong seasonal temperature variations, which promote slow and complex maturation. The use of rare Mizunara oak, native to Japan, enriches the whisky with unmistakable spicy and balsamic nuances.
Production: Hibiki Japanese Harmony is born from the assembly of over ten malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Maturation takes place in various types of casks, including American oak, ex-sherry, and Mizunara casks, to create a balanced, soft, and refined blend.
