Origin: Turin, Piedmont, Italy
Grape variety: White wine base, primarily Trebbiano, enriched with a secret blend of aromatic herbs, flowers, vanilla, and spices.
Color: Pale straw yellow, with luminous golden reflections.
Nose: Aromatic and delicate, with hints of vanilla, white flowers, and sweet herbaceous notes.
Taste: Balanced between sweetness and freshness, velvety on the palate with a soft and persistent aftertaste, enriched by floral and vanilla undertones.
Alcohol content: 15%
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C
Pairings: Perfect enjoyed over ice as an aperitif, ideal for cocktails such as the Bianco Spritz or Martini & Tonic. Also excellent with fresh fruit, light appetizers, fresh cheeses, and aromatic salads.
Terroir: Produced in Piedmont using selected Italian wines and botanicals from around the world, the result of a century-old tradition in vermouth production.
Vinification: Obtained from selected white wines, subsequently flavored with an infusion of herbs, flowers, and spices, sweetened and moderately fortified. The process follows the secret recipe developed by Martini & Rossi in 1910.
