Taste: Dry, harmonious, and structured, with soft and well-integrated tannins. On the palate, notes of ripe red fruit and spices are perceived, balanced by an elegant freshness and good persistence. The finish is long, with pleasant nuances of sweet spices and black fruit.

Terroir: The grapes come from medium-textured, calcareous soils rich in minerals, located in the Sicilian hills that benefit from a warm and sunny climate, ideal for the slow and optimal ripening of the grapes. This exposure allows for a concentration of aromas and a soft tannic structure.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately to preserve the unique characteristics of each variety. After fermentation in steel, the wine is aged in wooden barrels for a few months, which gives it aromatic complexity and a balanced structure.
