Taste: Soft, full, and harmonious, with a well-defined yet polished and rounded tannic structure. On the palate, notes of dark fruit and spices are perceived, perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity and a long aromatic persistence.

Pairings: Pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It is also ideal with pasta dishes with meat sauce and lasagna, enhancing the intense flavors of these typical Italian cuisine dishes.

Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on the hills of Ascoli Piceno, at an altitude of approximately 200-300 meters above sea level, with clay-limestone soils. The Mediterranean climate with temperature fluctuations between day and night favors optimal ripening of the grapes, giving the wine complexity and aromatic intensity.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo prolonged maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation to best extract color, aromas, and tannic structure. Aging takes place for approximately 18 months in French oak barriques, which imparts elegance and complexity to the wine.
