Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and tobacco, which emerge thanks to wood aging.
Palate: Harmonious and structured on the palate, with soft tannins and good freshness. Flavors of red fruit blend with delicate notes of dark chocolate and licorice, offering a pleasant persistence and a long, enveloping finish.

Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with rich pasta dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar ragù or baked lasagna.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards in the Chianti Classico area, located at an altitude between 250 and 400 meters above sea level. The soil is predominantly calcareous-clay, with the presence of rocky substrate, which ensures good drainage and promotes the concentration of aromas in the grapes. Climatic conditions characterized by hot summers and mild winters, combined with constant ventilation, allow for optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are vinified separately with controlled-temperature fermentation in steel. Aging takes place for 12 months in oak barrels, with a portion of the wine maturing in barriques to enhance its aromatic complexity and structure.
