Bouquet: Complex and delicate, with notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, accompanied by hints of citrus and light floral notes.
Taste: Dry, harmonious, and well-structured, with good acidity and freshness. The finish is persistent, with light mineral notes and a fruity return.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Pairings: Perfect with fish appetizers, crustaceans, seafood, and grilled fish. Also excellent with light Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
Terroir: The grapes are grown on the volcanic soils of the Irpinian hills, characterized by a limestone composition that gives the wine a marked minerality. The significant temperature fluctuations between day and night contribute to the aromatic complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas of the grape variety. This is followed by bottle aging for a few months before release.

In addition to the WineHunter Award 2024, which celebrates qualitative excellence, it obtained a score of 88/100 from 5StarWines during the June 2024 selection, confirming its quality and distinctive characteristics. Furthermore, the wine was also awarded in the Vinibuoni d'Italia 2025 guide, which recognizes the best Italian wines produced with native grape varieties, confirming the importance of this Greco di Tufo on the winemaking scene.
