Palate: Dry on the palate, with good acidity and structure. Soft and round tannins balance the marked freshness typical of Barbera, enhancing the red fruit flavors. The finish is persistent, with an aftertaste of sweet spices and a mineral hint that reflects the terroir

Terroir: The Barbera vines grow on clay and limestone soils in the hills of La Morra, characterized by significant temperature fluctuations that favor optimal grape ripening. The ideal vineyard exposures ensure excellent aromatic concentration and a balanced acidity, typical of Barbera from the Langhe.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are vinified traditionally, with fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent aging in oak barrels for about 12 months. This process rounds out the wine and develops the aromatic bouquet without altering its natural freshness.
