Aroma: A complex and enveloping bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe wild berries, cherry, raspberry, and plum, accompanied by floral hints of dried rose. Nuances of tobacco, leather, and sweet spices emerge, with delicate balsamic and earthy scents that add depth.
Palate: On the palate it is dry, with a significant and refined tannic structure. Elegant and harmonious, it offers a balance between power and finesse, supported by good acidity. Persistent notes of ripe fruit, aromatic herbs, and licorice complete the profile, with a long, mineral finish that reflects the unique terroir of Cerequio.

Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, braised meats, and game, but also pairs perfectly with aged cheeses and truffle-based dishes. Also excellent to enjoy on its own for a moment of meditation.
Terroir: The Cerequio vineyards are located in one of the most prestigious subzones of Barolo, characterized by clay-limestone soils rich in minerals. The altitude and favorable exposure promote slow ripening, giving the wines a deep structure and exceptional aging potential.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, followed by a long maceration on the skins to extract complexity and structure. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 24 months, with an additional 12 months in the bottle to perfect the bouquet.
